Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• To request a return, please email us at [support@kkoncept.in] with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
• We offer size or color exchanges (subject to stock availability).
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
• For accessories (like jewelry, bags, etc.), exchanges are allowed only if the item is defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Items
• Earrings, hair accessories, and intimate apparel (like undergarments) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
• Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
